How Our Exchanges Works …

At times, purchasing new or reconditioned brake calipers can be costly, and rebuilding them may take time. However, we offer an efficient solution by providing an exchange service at a fraction of the price. We also permit exchanging calipers from other motorcycles if you do not have like for like. To utilize our exchange service, kindly purchase the, and we will send you details on where to send your caliper.

We make it easy for you by only requiring the caliper and not the brake pads. We are not concerned if the pistons are stuck or seized, as long as the caliper is complete and in resalable condition. Once we receive your caliper, we will inspect it to ensure resellable quality and promptly send you a reconditioned caliper from our stock within 24 to 48 hours. All reconditioned calipers undergo extensive testing to ensure that they function properly and are ready to bolt straight on. Please note that they do not include brake pads.

Do I Need a Account to Order? …

During checkout, we offer the option to either order as a guest or create an account for a faster and more convenient experience. To ensure prompt delivery of your order, we kindly ask for your name and address. However, if you plan on collecting your order in person, providing this information is not necessary. 

We highly recommend creating an account with us as we frequently send out exclusive money-saving coupons and special offers.

Do We Store Any Payment Details? …

Our company utilizes multiple payment gateways, including Woocommerce, PayPal (online gateway and telephone orders gateway), Stripe and Zable (if paying by card in person), to securely process payments. Please be assured that these gateways do not retain any personal information. 

We only record your name and address for future orders, should you choose to place them.

Our Postage Policy …

At our company, we take great care in ensuring your items are safely delivered to you. That’s why we exclusively use Royal Mail or Parcel Force, trusted and reliable carriers with a track record of delivering packages quickly and securely. We know it can be frustrating waiting for your items to arrive, which is why we make sure to send your order out the same day if your order is placed before 11am.

In addition to using only the best carriers, we also take extra steps to protect your items during the shipping process. We package all items with care and attention to detail, and in most cases, go the extra mile by wrapping them in protective bubble wrap to provide an extra layer of security. So when you order from us, you can be confident that your items are in good hands and will arrive safely at your doorstep.

Missing & Delayed Parcels …

We empathize that occasional delivery issues may arise and we deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused. Despite our best efforts, once a package is in the possession of our delivery company, it is beyond our control.

In the unlikely event that you have yet to receive your package (excluding instances where the delivery was attempted) after 10 business days of dispatch (this can be found in your order history in your account), please do not hesitate to contact us. We remain committed to resolving any issues and will make all attempts to track down your package. In the event the package cannot be located, we are happy to provide a refund, store credit or replacement as needed.

Retuns Policy …

At White Tiger Motorcycles, we acknowledge the importance of customer satisfaction and therefore we have a returns policy in place for our products. Our new items are covered by a 30 day returns policy.

Second user items are covered by a 14 day policy. We strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase, and as such, we take extra care to capture any defects or issues with each item. Please note that “untested” items (in the description) are sold “as is” and there is no returns on these, however, we still take every effort to provide accurate and detailed photos and description of any defects that may be present.

Do We Recycle? …

We at our company firmly believe in the importance of recycling. It’s our responsibility to take care of our environment, and we take this responsibility very seriously. That’s why, whenever possible, we make sure to recycle any metal that we remove, whether it be brake caliper bleed nipples, bolts, or any other metal item we come across during our work. We understand the value of the materials we recycle, and we ensure that they are properly processed. We send these materials to trusted recycling plants, where they are handled in an environmentally friendly manner.

We are proud to donate any monies we receive from these recycled items to local children’s charities. We believe that by taking care of our environment, we can also help those in need or community projects within our local area.

Our commitment to recycling doesn’t stop there. We also take care to minimize our use of non-recyclable materials, including our postal packaging. We make sure to reuse boxes whenever possible, and we only purchase new materials when needed. This allows us to reduce our environmental impact and contribute to a more sustainable future.
